Getting started
What is Creative Spark Studios?
We’re a content & design studio. You top up your balance with Coins and spend them on services like copywriting, brand assets, web content, social media posts, motion graphics and more.
How does the service flow work?
Top up Coins → place an order → we confirm scope & start → you review drafts → we deliver final files.
Do you work with both individuals and businesses?
Yes. We support freelancers, startups, SMBs and agencies (including white-label on request).
Coins & payments
What are Coins?
Coins are our internal credits for paying for services. Exchange rate: 1.00 (GBP/EUR/USD) = 100 Coins. Prices on the site are shown in Coins; currency amounts are displayed only as an approximate hint.
How do I top up?
Choose a package (1,000 / 2,000 / 4,000 Coins) or enter a custom amount. Payment is processed securely via our provider.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards and selected local methods (availability depends on your region).
In which currency will I be charged?
GBP by default. Your bank/payment provider may convert from your local currency. Any currency hints on the site are estimates.
Do Coins expire?
Coins remain on your balance and can be used at any time. If we ever change this, we’ll notify you in advance.
Are top-ups refundable?
If no work has started and the Coins remain unused, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a task has begun or Coins are partially used, refunds are not available for that portion.
Can I transfer Coins to another account?
Transfers between accounts are not supported for security and accounting reasons.
Can I get an invoice/receipt for my top-up?
Yes. You’ll receive a receipt by email after payment. If you need a company invoice, add your billing details at checkout or contact us.
Pricing & quotes
How are service prices calculated?
Every service has a starting price “from N Coins”. Final cost depends on scope (length, complexity, number of deliverables, add-ons, rush, etc.).
Can I get a fixed quote before I approve the job?
Absolutely. Share your brief, we’ll confirm a fixed Coins total before starting.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes, through Coins bundles and occasional promos. Ask us if you’re planning a big project.
Orders & delivery
What files and info do you need to start?
Your brief (goals, audience, tone), references/examples, brand assets (logo, fonts, colors), any mandatory text or legal lines, and deadlines.
Typical turnaround times?
Depend on scope. Small tasks are often delivered within 1–3 business days; larger or complex projects may need more time. We’ll confirm dates in the quote.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes, subject to availability and a rush fee (quote in Coins).
How do I track progress?
We update you by email and/or via your order page. Drafts and finals are shared there as well.
Revisions, scope & quality
How many revision rounds are included?
Unless stated otherwise in the quote, up to two rounds of reasonable edits per deliverable are included. Extra rounds or major scope changes require additional Coins.
What counts as a scope change?
New sections, extra pages, different concept directions, or changes after approval. We’ll always flag this before proceeding.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Tell us what to improve during the included revisions. If something doesn’t match the agreed brief, we’ll fix it.
Rights & usage
Who owns the final work?
Upon full payment, you receive worldwide commercial rights to the final approved deliverables. Working files and unused concepts remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can work under your NDA or provide ours on request.
Can you feature my project in your portfolio?
We love to, but we’ll respect your confidentiality. If you prefer privacy, let us know before we start.
Files & handover
What formats do you deliver?
Depending on the service: text files (DOCX/Google Docs), images (PNG/JPG/SVG), design files (PDF/AI/PSD/Figma exports), video (MP4). We’ll agree formats in advance.
Do you keep backups of my files?
We keep project files for at least 90 days after delivery. Please store your finals safely; we can’t guarantee indefinite archiving.
